SHIPPING

Tributary ships domestically, including to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time, but we hope to in the future.

Shipping is currently free on all orders. We do not yet offer expedited shipping, but hope to in the future.

We begin processing orders immediately and ship most orders within 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary, depending on location and shipping method.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return of your product for a full refund, within 45 days from the date of your purchase.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number in order for a refund to be processed.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us here and select "Return/Refund" as the reason you are contacting us. In the form's message box, please provide your order number, the name associated with your order, and note why you are dissatisfied and/or would like a refund.

Please return your product within seven business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number, in the original packaging, and clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. If you’ve opened the product, please make sure that the dropper top on the bottle is tightly sealed before you return it, so that it does not leak.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Please report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery to care@tributarybotanicals.com. Please include photos of the damage in your email, along with your order number and the name associated with your order.
